We're Hiring: Front of House Superstar - Part time hours 2 days a week

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:

• Be the Face of NAAMA: As Front of House, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients—everyone from TV personalities and footballers to our Second Chances and Charity referral clients.
• Teamwork: You'll be working closely with our expert Treatment Consultants, Studio Photographer, Studio Supervisor, and Clinical Lead to create a bespoke, premium experience for all our clients.
• Dynamic Role: This isn’t your typical Front of House position. You’ll interact with brand, finance, and R&D teams, making your role as dynamic as our start-up.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver Amazing Client Service: Build trust and maintain high client retention.
• Upsell with Confidence: Promote our packages and skincare products.
• Manage Payments: Record client payments meticulously.
• Create a Relaxed Environment: Keep our studio organized and well-stocked.
• Feedback & Improvement: Share client feedback to enhance our service.
• Event Support: Assist at open evenings and company events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous customer-facing or CRM experience is preferred but not essential. Ideally Zenoti
• Aesthetics or Medical /laser expertise
• Retail experience
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact confidently with clients.
• Organization: Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Team Player: You work well with others and contribute positively to the team.

• Flexibility: Ability to work evenings until 8 pm and weekends.
