and content lead to join our talented team and take our social media to
the next level. Our ideal candidate is a Hungry go-getter who can live
and breathe the brand - excited at building the no.1 social brand name
in tattoos/tattoo removal. They thrive in the fast-paced world of the
internet and how to spot social-first engagement-based creative
opportunities. They can create relevant social media content that
moves the needle; grows our audience and increases our customer
base.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us:
• Lead the social strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive,
world-class social media strategy and clearly define the role of each
relevant social channel, prioritizing activation according to target
customer audiences: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok,
Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube etc.
• Be Creative: Plan, create, and post engaging content across
digital and social. Ensuring brand consistency throughout
communication. Working closely with our clients and our creative team
to create high quality content (think vox pops, stitches, duets etc) Ownthe content calendar and keep the marketing channels calendar up to
date.
• Community Management: Manage and monitor our social
media communities. Be the ears and eyes of the brand always on top
of social opportunities, hijack the conversation and get NAAMA noticed.
Ever aware of the cultural trends, reporting these back to the business
and injecting NAAMA into relevant trending activity and communities.
Be Reactive. Create topical content to lead or be part of the
conversation. Confidently respond to comments & queries.
• A key communicator: Deliver on-brand omni-channel
communications- blog posts, web pages, social media channels,
newsletters and other brand touchpoints.
Build a community: Work closely with the Brand team to engage with
the tattoo community identifying relevant celebrities and influencers
for our Removers & Shakers Programme. Partner with our
ambassadors, shape their deliverables, co-create content and build
and manage relationships
Performance Tracking and Analysis: Utilize social media analytics
tools to track performance, identify trends, and provide regular reports
on key metrics.
What you'll bring to the table:
• 4+ years of experience as a content manager, social media
manager or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstratable experience in growing brands social media.
• In-depth knowledge of popular social media platforms and how to
leverage them in different scenarios.
• You know how to come up with social-led ideas that an influencer
or creator would bring to life
• Obsession with culture and trends, for example:
You know how to spot a meme and turn it into a brand
opportunity
You can spot trending sounds and creatively turn them into
engaging TikToks and Instagram Reels
You have a knack for social hacks, and can turn them into
memorable moments for the brand
· Ability to plan and complete projects with limited guidance.• A strong copywriter. Engaging, grammatical and concise
approach to storytelling.
• Highly organized personality with exceptional attention to detail.
